Dear All,
As we gather for the last Supper Wednesday of 2024, it is important to reflect on the progress we have made in managing HSE at our sites this year. Your unwavering dedication and extraordinary efforts have been instrumental in driving these improvements.
When comparing our performance to 2023:
- 7 LTIs reduced by 30%.
- 36 TRCs increased by 16%
- 27 HIPOs reduced by around 4%
Incident continued to occur primarily in the areas of Hands & Fingers and Slip & Fall, with LOF/Drop Objects remaining as a high-priority concern and a key contributor to HIPO incidents.
As we entering 2025, we are committed to strengthening our focus on core HSE tools like Musta¿ed, BoG, and CCTV interventions to further enhance safety and build on this year¿s achievements.
