Super Wednesday |
Dear All,
We continue to see worrying trend of HiPo¿s in our operations which is evident from the graph below. Majority of our High Potential incidents are related to Dropped objects and Road Safety. Historically Q4 tends to have a high number of HiPo¿s due to multiple factors , let us ensure we use our exiting Boots on the Ground BoG engagements to verify effectiveness of the controls on site to reverse this trend.

Learning From Assurance |
The self assurance theme (level 3 auditing) for the month of September is Pressure Control Equipment. Please ensure at least one level 3 Self Assurance (site visit) audit is completed by the Team Lead / SWE for each Cluster before the end of the month and is recorded in IDEAL: IDEAL (pdo.om).
Attached is a LFA on Crane and Forklift Daily Checks requirement. During recent ORA and Level-3 audits it was a common finding that most of the crane and forklift operators are not performing good quality of daily equipment inspection due to language barrier. The daily checklists used by crane and forklift operators shall be translated into Arabic or Indian (Or any other language that is understandable by the user).
